Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the products remain in resalable condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
